INDEMNITY & GENERAL RELEASE WAIVER

Please read this before purchasing your tickets or entering into The Haunted Hood™ Immersive Spook & Scare Experience; hereinafter referred also as Premises, Primary Attraction, Operator and/or Property.

Upon purchasing tickets to, and/or entering onto the premises or any property connected to and/or branded as The Haunted Hood™, you are voluntarily agreeing to the following rules of conduct and fully indemnify The Haunted Hood™, Areu Bros. Studios and/or any of their affiliates around the world with a waiver and release from harm, as well as a general use release of your likeness captured while on premises in perpetuity to The Haunted Hood™ for promotional and/or business development purposes as they see fit without your oral or written consent.

The Haunted Hood™ reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason. You may experience intense audio lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment.

You agree to enter The Haunted Hood™ at your own risk

You, the ticket purchaser, ticket holder, or any person who enters the premises are hereby notified in writing and/or by posted signage onsite understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, you agree to fully release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and/or contractors as well as third parties including but limited to the landlord of the premises of any and all liability from harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending the attraction while on the premises.

We do not recommend you enter The Haunted Hood™ if you:


You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff, hired security, or law enforcement while on or near the premises and/or adjoining properties.

You agree to the following code of conduct while on The Haunted Hood™ premises and/or Areu Bros. Studios Property and/or adjoining properties and especially while physically engaged with the primary attraction/immersive experience of The Haunted Hood™:

Not complying with any statement herein revokes your right to admission and/or you can be escorted off the property without refund, and/or could be subject to criminal or civil prosecution.

Indemnification Clause

Upon purchasing your ticket and/or entering onto the premises you are hereby waving your rights to prosecute or indemnify The Haunted Hood™ or any of its affiliates including but not limited to those included herein this agreement. 

refunds

Refunds are fully at the discretion of The Haunted Hood™ who holds the right to cancel the event at any time for any reason. If an event is canceled for any reason excluding acts of God or incidents un recoupable by insurance coverage, The Haunted Hood™ will refund your ticket price on their self-determined timeline. 

This agreement does not have to be signed in order to be executed by either party. Your consent is complicit upon purchase of a ticket or entering upon the property with or without a purchased ticket.

Rain Checks

The Haunted Hood™ operates rain or shine.

In case of inclement weather or rain that impedes the ability to operate, The Haunted Hood™ will notify the public via their ticketing app, social media and/or this website. 

If and when The Haunted Hood™ closes due to weather, tickets will be honored on any other available night from the time of purchase through the end of next season. No refunds will be given due to rain.

This agreement does not have to be signed in order to be executed by either party. Your consent is complicit upon purchase of a ticket or entering upon the property with or without a purchased ticket.
