Cash will not be accepted onsite. Tickets must be purchased online and recommended to buy in advance. Credit cards and most payment apps only please.

Onsite city police & security will gladly escort you off property with no refund.

Experience may not be suitable for children under 12. There is no nudity, physical contact, but some scares, gore and thrills can't be unseen. Parents please use discretion. No refunds for bailing out, but we will gladly assist all scaredy cats.

Parking and entrance is located at 3350 Greenbriar Pkwy SW. Do not go to the studio. Pay for parking when you buy tickets online and save, it will cost more onsite. Uber/Lyft riders can avoid the walk from drop off area with a rideshare pass.

As an operational film studio, privacy & security for productions is taken very seriously. Barriers and areas marked off limits will be strictly enforced. Trespassers are subject to removal without refund, possible fines or even arrest.
